Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are hiring a NOC Analyst for a remote IT operations role supporting mission-critical network infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking remote IT support jobs, network monitoring roles, or NOC engineer positions in a global, 24/7 environment. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring maximum uptime and performance across network and infrastructure environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities - Monitor network and infrastructure systems to ensure optimal uptime and performance - Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, performing root cause analysis and resolution - Conduct structured troubleshooting using OSI layer methodologies - Prioritise alerts and distinguish between critical incidents and non-impacting noise - Own incidents end-to-end, minimising unnecessary escalations - Implement preventative solutions to reduce recurring issues and alert fatigue - Maintain accurate documentation including tickets, runbooks, and shift handovers - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution - Manage ISP and carrier escalations, ensuring SLA adherence
Job Requirements
- Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals with experience in VLANs, STP, LACP, and basic routing (OSPF/BGP)
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS and familiarity with Cisco (Catalyst, Meraki) and Arista switching platforms
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), SNMP, Syslog, and infrastructure/power systems (APC)
- Solid troubleshooting skills in live environments, including packet flow analysis and interface diagnostics
- Experience managing incidents end-to-end, including ISP/carrier escalations and SLA tracking
- Understanding of WAN technologies (DIA, MPLS, broadband, SD-WAN) and network issue isolation
- Familiarity with network inventory/IPAM tools (e.g., Nautobot, NetBox) and documentation best practices
- Basic automation knowledge (Python/APIs) is advantageous

Title: Pharmacy Analyst II - Employee Benefits Location: United States Job Description: SUMMARY Responsible for supporting the delivery of consulting projects to our employer prospects and clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conducts financial analyses for clients including Rx proposal comparisons, underwriting, forecasting and rebate estimating, as well as works on financial/data driven projects for current and prospective clients. Supports and participates in bidding for prospective clients. Uses financial skill set to negotiate with Pharmacy Benefits Managers and carriers on behalf of our clients for annual renewals and marketing efforts. Prepares first draft of new business and client deliverables. Works with Senior Pharmacy Consultants and other health benefit consultants to support client strategy development. Researches issues of concern to large employers in the pharmacy industry, assimilating information, and developing a written summary for the Senior Pharmacy Consultant to review and refine a point of view. Manages projects, using appropriate tools, to ensure projects are being completed on time and with appropriate quality assurance checks. Works with client teams to ensure pharmacy practice resources are used appropriately, increasing efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes. Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information). QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or equivalent combination of education and experience Three (3) or more years of direct experience in an actuarial, underwriting, pricing or consulting role in a Health & Welfare consulting/brokerage firm, PBM or health insurance carrier specializing in pharmacy benefits analytics. Required Working knowledge of commercial health insurance industry and financial acumen Required SKILLSExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills Excellent problem solving and time management skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Willingness to go the extra mile to produce quality work, as client-ready as possible, with a fine attention to detail Ability to work with large data sets in Excel, Access, or other large data manipulation software a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite #LI-REMOTE#LI-LM1
