Cosa farai - Svilupperai new business sul territorio, lavorando su prospecting e relazioni locali - Gestirai e farai crescere il tuo portafoglio clienti con follow-up strutturati - Ti occuperai di acquisizione incarichi, sopralluoghi, raccolta esigenze e valutazioni immobiliari - Condurrai il ciclo di vendita end-to-end: trattativa, gestione obiezioni, proposta d’acquisto e accompagnamento fino alla chiusura - Lavorerai anche su lead qualificate messe a disposizione dal network per aumentare velocità e produttività - Utilizzerai CRM e strumenti digitali per pipeline, attività e reportistica commerciale Chi cerchiamo Una risorsa con energia, disciplina e mentalità commerciale: capace di creare fiducia, gestire più trattative in parallelo e mantenere il focus sui risultati.
