This is a remote position. We are working with a fast-growing digital commerce and performance-driven business that helps brands scale through smart strategy, marketing, and data-led growth. To support the next stage of expansion, we are looking for a Fractional Sales Officer who can help drive new business, structure the sales process, and unlock scalable revenue opportunities. The Role In this position, you will play a key commercial role by: - Driving new business development and revenue growth - Building and managing a strong, consistent sales pipeline - Refining and optimising the end-to-end sales process - Identifying and converting new partnerships and client opportunities - Working closely with leadership to align sales strategy with growth goals This is a hands-on role with both strategic and execution responsibility. Requirements Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in a Sales Lead, Head of Sales, or Sales Director capacity - Strong background in digital, eCommerce, marketing, or B2B services - Experience working independently or in a fractional / consulting capacity - A strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes - The ability to build structure in early or scaling sales environments Engagement - Part-time / fractional (typically 1–2 days per week) - Flexible engagement model (retainer-based or ongoing contract) - Remote within South Africa Compensation - R60,000 – R90,000+ per month (senior profiles) - Potential performance-based incentives linked to revenue growth Why This Opportunity?
