• Oversee and manage corporate taskings and functional departments, including Human Resources, Contracts Administration, Accounting & Finance, Operations & Program Management, Proposal Development & Delivery, Quality Management Systems (ISO / CMMI) • Ensure operational alignment, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across all corporate functions. • Assist the CEO in ensuring adequate profit margins exist across all contracts and projects. • Monitor operational costs, contract performance, and labor utilization. • Support pricing reviews, contract negotiations, and execution strategies. • Execute special projects as directed by the CEO. • Translate corporate strategy into operational action plans. • Provide leadership oversight to Operational Directors and Program Leaders. • Ensure CompTech maintains excellent customer relationships across all federal clients. • Foster strong teaming and subcontractor partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • BS Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 20+ years of DoD, State and Commercial contracting experience
  • Over 12 years of senior management experience in overseeing organizations and or companies
  • 10 years’ experience in managing P&L for organizations and/or large complex program
  • 10 + year of experience in managing business development and capture
  • 20+ years of proposal development
  • Security Clearance required

Role Description The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) will play a pivotal role in advancing the missions of Galvanize USA, a 501(c)(3) public charity, and Galvanize Action, a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. This role is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors and prospects, while ensuring compliance with all relevant IRS regulations and donor reporting requirements. - Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects with the capacity to give five- to six-figure gifts annually. - Design and implement individualized strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, aligning interests with the missions of both Galvanize USA and Galvanize Action. - Provide high-level, personalized stewardship that deepens donor trust and commitment. - Partner with leadership and volunteers to identify and execute donor engagement opportunities and joint solicitations. - Engage major donors with credibility and strategic sophistication, grounded in a deep understanding of state and national political dynamics, leadership, and key decision-makers. - Collaborate with the Executive Director to strategically transfer key donor relationships, ensuring shared ownership and building organizational capacity for long-term sustainability. Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience in major gifts fundraising, with a proven track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts. - Demonstrated experience fundraising for both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations. - Demonstrated experience in political party fundraising and understanding of the national political fundraising landscape. - Strong understanding of donor compliance requirements, restricted/unrestricted giving, and acknowledgment processes. - Excellent relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills. - Proficiency with donor databases (CRM) and standard fundraising tools. - CFRE preferred. - PAC fundraising preferred. - Ability to travel as needed (typically, 4-6 times/year). - Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to sponsor visas at this time. Requirements - Ensure all solicitations, acknowledgments, and receipts comply with IRS regulations governing 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities. - Accurately classify gifts and pledges between c3 and c4 entities, tracking donor intent and restrictions. - Prepare donor acknowledgments, pledge agreements, and reporting materials with precision and compliance integrity. - Collaborate with finance and operations to reconcile contributions, campaign reporting, and audits. - Contribute to the design and execution of fundraising campaigns that integrate c3 and c4 strategies. - Integrate deep political insight into fundraising strategy, collaborating effectively across teams. - Work closely with program and communications staff to craft compelling cases for support and donor-facing materials. - Support leadership in identifying new opportunities to expand the donor base and strengthen long-term sustainability. - Provide input into budgeting and revenue forecasting processes. - Maintain a disciplined moves management system with accurate data entry and reporting. - Regularly evaluate portfolio activity to ensure progress toward revenue goals. - Provide timely updates and reports for leadership and board stakeholders. - Stay informed on state and national political developments and actively share knowledge with the team. - All employees of Hopewell Fund are required to complete timesheets every two weeks. - Perform other duties as needed. Benefits - The starting salary range for this position is $100,000 - $112,000. - Comprehensive benefits package including 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). - 401k retirement plan with a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on contributions. - Pre-tax transportation benefits. - 120 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. - 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. - 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment. Il est l'interlocuteur sur site du chef de projet et assure au quotidien le suivi et le contrôle des réalisations techniques de l'entreprise. - Réalise le visa des documents techniques et l'agrément des matériaux et procédures de l'ensemble du chantier. - Présent de bout en bout de l'exécution du marché de travaux depuis la période de préparation, sa mise en place sur le terrain, sa réalisation (terrassements, chaussées, équipement), et sa réception. - Assure le suivi des quantités et pilote la constatation des quantités réalisées et des évènements de chantier.
