As a Member Acquisition Agent, you will engage directly with prospective members through inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email, guiding them from inquiry to move-in. You’ll play a key role in helping potential members understand how PadSplit works, identifying their housing needs, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience throughout the process. The Person We Are Looking For: This role requires someone who can manage their day efficiently — balancing multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and following up with leads promptly. You’ll be expected to use manual trackers and internal tools effectively to monitor your outreach, track member progress, and ensure no opportunity is missed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience in both inbound and outbound environments.
