Puhelinneuvoja eläinsuojeluneuvontapuhelimeen – vapaaehtoistyö (etätyö) Eläimet tarvitsevat sinua – SEY hakee vapaaehtoisia puhelinneuvojia - Haluatko vaikuttaa ja edistää eläinten hyvinvointia ja lisätä tietoa eläinten oikeasta hoidosta ja kohtelusta? - Haluatko sitoutua ja toimia eläinten puolesta säännöllisesti ja pitkäjänteisesti? - Haluatko kasvaa luotettavaksi eläinsuojelukentän asiantuntijaksi? - Uskallatko kohdata eläimen ja ihmisen hädän, haluatko auttaa? Puhelinneuvonnan kesäsesongin lähestyessä tarvitsemme lisää asiakaspalveluhenkisiä ja sitoutuvia puhelinneuvojia SEYn valtakunnalliseen eläinsuojeluneuvontapuhelimeen. SEYn puhelinneuvoja on vaitiolovelvollinen henkilö, joka antaa puhelimitse neuvoja eläinsuojelullisiin kysymyksiin, ohjaa oikealle taholle ja tarvittaessa auttaa eläinsuojeluilmoitusten tekemisessä. Puhelinneuvoja työskentelee arkisin kahden tai neljän tunnin vuoroissa klo 16–20. Edellytämme tehtävässä aloittavia henkilöiltä sitoutumaan vähintään kolmeen vuoroon kuukaudessa. Vuoroihin voi ilmoittautua omien aikataulujensa puitteissa. Puhelinneuvontaa tehdään omasta kodista käsin, SEYn vaihdepalvelun kautta. Tarvitset työskentelyyn rauhallisen paikan lisäksi tietokoneen, matkapuhelimen ja nettiliittymän. Haastatteluista jatkoon valitut henkilöt suorittavat puhelinneuvojien perehdyttävän verkkokoulutuksen, joka sisältää noin 20 tuntia koulutustallenteita, kaksi verkkotapaamista sekä 12 lyhyttä koetta. Puhelinneuvojana toimiminen edellyttää koulutuskokonaisuuden ja kokeiden hyväksyttyä suorittamista. Koulutuksen ja kokeet voi suorittaa pääasiassa omaan tahtiin.
