DriveWorks Solutions Engineer

GoEngineer

• Build, configure, and enhance customer solutions in DriveWorks based on business and technical requirements. • Stay current with DriveWorks functionality, updates, and best practices to provide customers with the most effective solutions. • Lead or support client sessions to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and help customers progress in building their solutions. • Gather customer needs, interpret business goals, and translate high-level requirements into practical application designs. • Work closely with the team and project manager to move projects forward, share updates, and coordinate delivery. • Complete assigned configuration and development tasks within client environments for both mentoring engagements and larger implementation projects. • Configure and troubleshoot DriveWorks specifications, rules, data connections, and generation processes to resolve issues and optimize customer environments. • Help define, organize, and document solution requirements and implementation details throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in regular team collaboration, including end-of-day updates and project tracking. • Represent GoEngineer professionally in client interactions and help drive successful outcomes from project kickoff through handoff. • Represent GoEngineer professionally at occasional customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with DriveWorks and the ability to contribute to development, configuration, or solution-building work.
  • Working knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and how it relates to customer design and automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to work in a client-facing role, including gathering information, asking the right questions, and communicating recommendations clearly.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the team.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and taking initiative as a go-getter who can help move projects forward.
  • Ability to support both mentoring-style engagements and longer-term development projects.
