- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM (demand, project, and epic management)
- Practical knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and hybrid delivery models
- Experience working in global environments, interacting with business, IT, and technical teams
- Advanced English for communication in an international environment
- Ability to work with ambiguity and dynamic scenarios, adapting quickly
- Strong ability to resolve complex problems practically and creatively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and activity-tracking skills
- High-responsibility profile with discipline and reliability in execution
- Ease of access to the São Paulo region for occasional on-site needs

Role Description As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Cloudbeds' presence.
