This role sits within the Customer Success Technical Implementation Services Team and works directly with customers, external development teams, and internal R&D to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful integrations. This position will be Remote. In this role, a typical day will look like: - Provide real-time customer support via video calls and email for API, SSO, and email integrations during U.S. business hours - Troubleshoot API integrations and SSO configurations, collaborating with external development teams and internal stakeholders - Construct and execute API calls using tools such as Postman or scripting methods to test and validate integrations - Analyze and map data structures between TraceGains and external systems to ensure accurate data exchange - Support enterprise email integrations using Microsoft Graph, SMTP, POP3, and IMAP4 protocols - Assist with standard configuration setup for new customers by following established implementation processes and documentation The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience - 1–3 years of experience in API integrations, technical support, or a related technical role - Working knowledge of REST and/or SOAP APIs, including authentication methods (API keys, OAuth) - Experience using API tools (e.g., Postman) or scripting to construct and test API calls - Understanding of SSO concepts and identity provider configurations - Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred TraceGains is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
