HVAC Technician

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements • Perform routine preventative maintenance • Respond to emergency maintenance requests • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Keep accurate records of activity • Submit required paperwork daily
Job Requirements
- Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass a drug test upon hiring and any time during employment (random drug testing with a zero-tolerance policy)
- Clean driving record
- Consent to background check
- EPA Certified
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic required: initiative, tenacity & enjoys a challenge
- Must have basic to average proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, and Internet-based programs
- Ability to travel overnight when needed and work independently
