Senior Data Scientist – AWS, LLMs, Python
AVANTTi
• Design and implement data validation pipelines and model evaluation workflows in a cloud environment (AWS) • Integrate data and metrics into automated, auditable, and scalable workflows • Modularize pipelines to enable reuse, testability, and maintainability • Work in partnership with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams • Ensure best practices for versioning, logging, monitoring, and automated testing • Monitor model performance (drift, cost, accuracy) • Propose continuous improvements to data architecture and validation processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Analysis, or related fields
- Strong experience in Data Science
- Experience with AWS (Glue, S3, SageMaker, Lambda, among others)
- Strong experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models)
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Analytical mindset with strong ability to solve complex problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
