• Be a trusted communication liaison for executive leadership. • Manage complex calendars, meetings, events, travel arrangements, expenses, and follow-ups. • Prepare in advance to remove roadblocks, and escalate issues to ensure priorities are met with urgency and accountability. • Be the team's subject matter expert on Outlook and Salesforce. • Create and refine advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting materials. • Support internal communications, including newsletters, sales contests, and team updates. • Lead operational onboarding for new sales hires, including equipment, systems, and process setup. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, facilities teams, technology partners, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant role supporting multiple leaders.
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting executive‑level priorities.
  • Maintain momentum and organization amid competing demands.
  • Advanced proficiency with: Salesforce, Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation), PowerPoint (executive-level presentations), Outlook.
  • High level of accuracy across complex schedules, documents, and operational processes.
