The role We are looking for an Executive Assistant, based in Singapore, to provide high-impact support to two senior leaders at Airwallex. Responsibilities: Primary Executive support - Manage the end-to-end calendar, including complex scheduling across time zones, prioritisation of meetings, and proactive resolution of conflicts. - Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport), and prepare detailed itineraries and briefing packs. - Drive the leadership cadence: staff meetings, 1:1s, business reviews, offsites and key forums (agenda setting, materials coordination, minutes and action tracking). - Prepare, review and format presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper, ensuring effective communication, follow-through and alignment on priorities and decisions.
