Full-Time Executive Assistant (Remote) We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including roles within the non-profit and finance industries. About the position As an executive assistant and employee of Boldly, you will play the pivotal role of providing top-notch administrative support. As a Boldly employee, your work will be 100% remote and flexible with no night or weekend work. This full time position requires your availability for 40 hours a week during business hours. As an executive assistant, you'll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including: - Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars - Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel - Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings - Maximizing the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf - Managing multiple email inboxes for executives - Managing expenses - Providing customer/supplier support - Other executive admin responsibilities as needed About you You have at least 7 years of experience serving in a senior administrative support position where you provided support as an executive assistant working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple high-level executives. The role We are looking for an Executive Assistant, based in Singapore, to provide high-impact support to two senior leaders at Airwallex. You will operate as a trusted partner, owning complex scheduling, travel and operational workflows so our leaders can focus on the highest-value priorities. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role that requires strong judgment, discretion and an ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Responsibilities: Primary Executive support - Manage the end-to-end calendar, including complex scheduling across time zones, prioritisation of meetings, and proactive resolution of conflicts. - Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport), and prepare detailed itineraries and briefing packs. - Drive the leadership cadence: staff meetings, 1:1s, business reviews, offsites and key forums (agenda setting, materials coordination, minutes and action tracking). - Prepare, review and format presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper, ensuring effective communication, follow-through and alignment on priorities and decisions.
