• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs • Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance considerations associated with business operations • Support privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response • Partner with product and engineering teams on legal issues related to data use, analytics, AI, and platform functionality • Assist with corporate governance and internal policies • Support dispute resolution, audits, and investigations

Job Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management a plus
