Director, Legal & Compliance, Business Enablement and Analytics
EVERSANA
• Drive execution of enterprise-level legal and compliance initiatives across business lines and geographies • Translate strategy into coordinated workstreams with clear ownership, sequencing, and follow-through • Embed Legal and Compliance early in growth and AI initiatives to support speed, alignment, and risk management • Establish structure around intake, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-level requests • Coordinate regulatory authority submissions and responses to agency-driven and customer audit inquiries • Build analytics to support workload visibility, prioritization, and risk tracking
Job Requirements
- MBA or equivalent business training
- 10-12 years of experience in legal or compliance operations, business operations, analytics, and strategic execution in a complex, regulated organization.
- Strong background in operations, analytics, and executive reporting
- Experience operating in complex, regulated, or highly matrixed environments
- Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and presentation tools
