About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Assistant to support our customer operations. In this role, you’ll help bring our clients’ accounts to life by building and configuring their setups in our platform as part of our “We Build It For You” package & helping existing users optimize their current setup by completing specific tasks created by their Account Manager. You’ll work closely with our Onboarding & Account Management team, who conduct the client-facing meetings and define the required tasks. Your responsibility will be to execute those tasks efficiently, ensuring each client’s account is completed accurately and on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, following clear processes, and contributing to smooth, high-quality client experiences. Key Responsibilities - Execute account setup and configuration tasks as defined by Onboarding Specialists & Account Managers - Input client data, settings, and content into the platform according to specifications - Perform quality checks to ensure all account elements are accurate and functional - Communicate task progress and completion status within internal tools (Asana, Slack, etc.) - Troubleshoot basic configuration issues or flag blockers for the Onboarding team - Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress for reporting and handoff - Follow standard operating procedures and contribute ideas for process improvement - Conduct group trainings for our User base Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in a customer onboarding, implementation, or operations support role - Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail - Comfortable learning and working within software platforms (SaaS experience a plus) - Ability to follow step-by-step processes and deliver tasks on time - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or workflows - Experience with Zapier - Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.) preferred Work Schedule, Location & Compensation - Remote position, based in the Philippines - Full-time (40 hours per week) - Collaboration with US-based Onboarding and Operations teams via Slack and Zoom - Compensation: $400 - 600 USD per month Why Work For MyStudio? - The chance to get in on the “ground floor” of a tech company with startup energy - The ability to make a difference from day one - The power to make a positive difference in fitness, children’s education, and other membership-based industries doing admirable work Interested?
