About the Role We are seeking a high-performing HR Compliance & Admin Officer / HR Support Officer (NDIS Compliance Support) based in Manila / Philippines to spearhead all HR functions for our growing workforce. This is not a purely administrative HR role. You will play a key role in: - Building a high-quality workforce - Supporting compliance with Australian (NDIS) standards - Driving recruitment, retention, and performance You will work closely with leadership to ensure we have the right people, systems, and culture to scale. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Workforce Growth (CRITICAL) - Cover end-to-end recruitment (Australia + offshore) - Source, screen, and coordinate hiring of: - Support workers - Admin staff - Coordinators - Build talent pipelines to support rapid growth - Reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality 2. HR Operations & Compliance - Take care of onboarding and offboarding processes - Ensure all staff meet compliance requirements: - Police checks - NDIS screening - Documentation - Maintain accurate HR records and systems - Support audits and regulatory compliance 3. Performance & Culture - Helps with the governance of performance management systems - Support team leaders with staff performance issues - Drive staff engagement and retention strategies - Promote a positive, professional, and accountable culture 4. Policies & Systems - Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures - Improve HR systems, workflows, and documentation - Ensure alignment with Australian workplace standards 5.
