We are the drivers of the system, process, and data improvements that unlock new possibilities across the Sales, Revenue Operations and GTM organization. The Sr BA, OLM will work within the Sales Automation team to support, build and maintain solutions for the opportunity lifecycle value stream. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: - Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies - Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes - In partnership with the product owner and Technical Lead, Own projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud and ETL tools. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen. - Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management for the prioritized work. - Partner with 3rd party vendors to implement new out of the box features and design custom solutions.
