• Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies • Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes • Own projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud and ETL tools. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen. • Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management for the prioritized work. • Partner with 3rd party vendors to implement new out of the box features and design custom solutions.
Job Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, Support and Maintenance
- Must have experience with Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud / opportunity management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into system requirements
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Flow
