We’re looking for an experienced web leader to help set the global strategic vision and development of our web presence. This role will lead a team of global strategic web producers, strategists, and engineers - driving high-level strategy and technical execution across our web presence. What you'll do - Oversee and manage the team responsible for New Relic’s web presence. - Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy and roadmap for newrelic.com aligned with business goals and user needs - including optimization and digital experience enhancement, etc. - Oversee development team (internal developers and/or external agencies) in building and maintaining the website. (Global teams: US and IST) - Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Creative, Data Analytics, Regional teams, etc.) to align web strategy with broader marketing and business initiatives. - Work closely with in-house UX teams to analyze user behavior, website analytics, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities. - Drive our CRO program to create optimization roadmaps and lead A/B testing and user experience research to improve site performance. - Scale our GEO/AEO strategy and execution across our website as well as referral sites. - Oversee the technical architecture, platform selection, and technology stack. - Monitor and report on key website metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI - utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, etc.) to drive data-driven decisions. - Create comprehensive performance dashboards and regular reporting for stakeholders. This role requires - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles - Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms - Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives - Experience leading web application development teams to deliver against KPIs at scale. - Solid understanding of CSS, Git and JavaScript. - Documented, hands-on experience planning multi-quarter roadmaps for high visibility B2B websites - Extensive experience planning and managing against concrete business performance objectives in a product-led software business - Having a collaborative work style that includes colleagues in important decisions and leads to shared code ownership. - Experience with content management systems and web technologies - Fluency in English.
