Job Description Sua missão: Liderar a visão estratégica, o discovery, o planejamento e a definição do roadmap das novas experiências de mesa de decisão de crédito e fraude com IA que integrarão o ecossistema das plataformas da Serasa Experian. Essa pessoa atuará em parceria com os times globais de Experian Software Solutions (ESS) e squads do Brasil e do Reino Unido para transformar necessidades complexas de operação de crédito e fraude em uma experiência AI-native, escalável e de alto valor para analistas e gestores. O objetivo é apoiar usuários que precisam consolidar e avaliar informações relevantes para tomada de decisão, com maior explicabilidade, redução de trabalho manual, maior velocidade e assertividade. Como será o seu dia a dia? O contexto da iniciativa envolve co-desenvolvimento entre Brasil, Reino Unido e ESS, com foco em discovery estruturado, definição de personas e jornadas, identificação de incertezas relevantes, validação com clientes e evolução do produto a partir de MVP. - Liderar o dia a dia da Squad regional no Brasil, traduzindo objetivos estratégicos definidos com os times globais, em iniciativas claras de produto. - Conduzir o modelo de trabalho de co-development com ESS e UK, garantindo alinhamento entre necessidades locais, estratégia global, dependências técnicas e experiência final do cliente. - Definir a visão de produto, proposta de valor e princípios da experiência de AI aplicadas a mesa de decisão de crédito e fraude. - Liderar discovery contínuo com foco em personas, jobs to be done, jornadas, dores operacionais e métricas de sucesso. - Traduzir oportunidades de IA em experiências concretas que aumentem eficiência operacional e reduzam o tempo de análise e decisão - Construir e priorizar o roadmap e backlog, assegurando resultados do produto, em parceria com Design, Tech Lead, Engenharia Brasil e stakeholders globais. - Facilitar workshops, sessões de alinhamento e processos de decisão com múltiplos stakeholders, muitas vezes em inglês, com alto grau de ambiguidade. - Garantir que as novas telas e fluxos estejam conectados à estratégia mais ampla da Companhia, com atenção à consistência de experiência cross entre diferentes produtos da Serasa Experian. - Trabalhar de forma próxima com Design para transformar hipóteses em protótipos, aprendizados rápidos e decisões de produto bem fundamentadas. - Acompanhar riscos, dependências, governança e necessidades de aprovação relacionadas a features e use cases de IA. - Ser a principal voz de produto da iniciativa no Brasil, representando a perspectiva do mercado local em um contexto global. - Influenciar, e conectar times de Produto, Design, Engenharia, Jurídico, Analytics, stakeholders comerciais e lideranças regionais/globais.
