• The primary responsibility of this role is to process forms to enter data accurately and efficiently into designated websites and databases for Ylopo Agent Onboarding and Offboarding • Verify and correct any discrepancies via email with customers and new information as it becomes available • Respond via email to all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support and complete tasks • Collaborate with the Branded Sites and Support Team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple platforms • Ensure data integrity and security by following company protocols and procedures • Organize and sort information according to specified guidelines • Consistently meet the required KPIs and number of forms to process daily • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
