Job Description

Legal VA, Case Management, Spanish-English

Boogie Team

• Prepare templated legal documents (e.g., complaints, discovery, case management statements) • Edit and format service agreements and HIPAA authorizations • Upload, label, and organize client documents in Filevine or similar systems • Track and enter court hearing dates from online portals (e.g., LA, Riverside, Orange County courts) • Follow up with medical providers for records and billing • File legal and medical documents accurately and on time • Act as a second brain for attorneys: track deadlines, set reminders, and prioritize tasks • Schedule client calls and court hearings • Manage calendar coordination and case updates • Liaise with treatment providers, court staff, and clients • Send templated emails and documents for signatures or updates

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (advanced);
  • Spanish (intermediate to advanced) a strong plus
  • Detail-oriented, especially when working with names, dates, and court information
  • Highly reliable and fast to respond—able to work under deadlines
  • Organized, proactive, and good at following through on tasks
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and online court tools
  • Prior experience in legal or medical administrative work preferred but not required (training available)

Job Description Job Summary: The Bankruptcy Specialist 1 will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring potential bankruptcy customers that have been identified through calls placed/received, Electronic Bankruptcy Notifications, and/or Filing notifications received through the Bankruptcy Servicer. The Bankruptcy Specialist 1 is responsible to facilitating Bankruptcy protection and coding, cancelation of repossession assignments and sales as well as Bankruptcy case servicing.
