• This position is responsible for leading Minerva’s meat trading/sales operations in the region, driving sales growth, and expanding market share through strategic sourcing and customer relationship management. • The role involves overseeing the daily activities of the trading team, negotiating purchase and sales agreements, managing key customer accounts, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. • The Sales Manager plays a critical role in developing new markets, clients and ensuring profitability through effective trading/ sales strategies and risk management. • Develop and implement sales and trading strategies to meet revenue and profit targets and Go to Market Strategy. • Identify new business opportunities and expand Minerva’s presence in domestic and international meat markets. • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms and manage trading risks. • Develop niche program, exploring potential opportunities through niche projects. • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, provide solutions to meet their requirements and secure long-term partnerships. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Select, develop and serve Key Account customer, understanding better about KA’s demand and act as a bridge to communicate with the origin and provide service accordingly. • Monitor global meat market trends, pricing, supply/demand dynamics, and competitor activity. • Provide accurate market forecasts and recommendations to senior management. • Ensure the trading team is well-informed on market developments and equipped with competitive intelligence. • Provide customers with detailed information on Minerva products, including sourcing, quality, cuts, and preparation methods. • Stay updated on the latest meat industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory requirements. • Train customers and their teams on product usage, storage, and handling best practices. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the team. • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. • Work closely with the engaged teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the meat industry or food products sector.
- Strong knowledge of meat products, cuts, and the meat supply chain.
