• Provide civil and structural guidance that turns early concepts into buildable, code-compliant designs for grid-scale solar, storage, and compute-adjacent data center sites • Set clear design criteria, optimize layouts for land and cost efficiency, and coordinate technical diligence so projects move from site control through Issued for Construction (IFC) with fewer surprises • Work as an individual contributor while partnering closely with Development, Real Estate, Permitting, Construction, Finance, and external A/E consultants, EPC partners and general contractors • Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery • Manage and coordinate site technical diligence, including hydrology, geotechnical, and transportation studies

• Lead the effort to execute technical projects and consultation • Make onsite visits to customer sites and interact with customers to gather critical information, resolve project issues, address customer concerns, and review engineering plans • Estimate and bid new projects as well as perform direct sales activities for smaller accounts • Conduct short-circuit, protective device coordination, and arc-flash studies • Ensure that electrical engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and studies are conducted according to IEEE and NFPA standards • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide knowledge and counsel to others • Deliver the highest level of technical expertise in the bid process • Provide quality assessments of overall work performed by the team • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring alignment with divisional priorities • Provide leadership and drive alignment across projects and teams, ensuring consistent execution that supports divisional objectives • Work with management to help develop and execute strategies to retain and improve business with key clients • Maintain professional client relationships
