Role Description Ricerchiamo un/una Financial Analyst con circa 3 anni di esperienza nel settore della mediazione creditizia, leasing o servizi finanziari, con esperienza operativa su piattaforme leasing e gestione di pratiche di finanziamento. Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’esposizione a operazioni di factoring (pro-soluto / pro-solvendo). La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Finance & Credit Advisory e lavorerà a stretto contatto con figure senior, contribuendo all’analisi e alla gestione delle operazioni di leasing e finanziamento. - Supporto nell’analisi economico-finanziaria di imprese ai fini dell’istruttoria creditizia - Raccolta, verifica e predisposizione della documentazione necessaria alle pratiche di finanziamento - Gestione operativa delle pratiche di leasing (strumentale, auto, immobiliare) - Utilizzo delle principali piattaforme leasing per caricamento, monitoraggio e finalizzazione delle pratiche - Interfaccia con istituti finanziari, società di leasing e clienti - Supporto nella predisposizione di business plan e cash flow previsionali - Monitoraggio dello stato avanzamento pratiche e gestione delle scadenze - Eventuale supporto nella gestione di operazioni di factoring Qualifications - 3 anni di esperienza in società di mediazione creditizia, leasing o istituti finanziari - Esperienza nella gestione di pratiche leasing e familiarità con piattaforme dedicate - Nice to have: esperienza, anche parziale, in operazioni di factoring Requirements - Buona capacità di lettura e analisi di bilancio - Conoscenza delle principali forme tecniche di finanziamento (leasing, mutui, chirografari, linee autoliquidanti) - Comprensione dei processi di istruttoria creditizia - Buona conoscenza di Excel - Attitudine all’analisi numerica Soft Skills - Precisione e organizzazione - Capacità di lavorare per priorità e scadenze - Proattività e spirito di collaborazione - Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali Title of Study - Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini Benefits - Inserimento in un contesto dinamico e in crescita - Affiancamento e percorso di crescita professionale - Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza
