Job Description
Video, Graphic & Webflow Designer
DigitalTolk
Role Description The Video, Graphic & Webflow Designer is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand visual, video, and web assets that strengthen brand recognition and drive B2B growth across key markets including Sweden, the UK, and the DACH region. The role supports product marketing, webinars, and sales enablement by translating complex offerings into clear, modular creative, and by building fast, conversion-focused pages in Webflow (preferred) or Framer (acceptable). Key Responsibilities - Design and build Webflow landing pages for webinars, demos, campaigns, and product launches, including forms, thank-you flows, and asset download flows. - Maintain and improve the Webflow component library/design system so pages remain consistent and quick to produce across brands and markets. - Create and maintain CMS templates (for example, blog templates, resource pages, case study pages), and keep them on-brand and easy for the team to reuse at speed. - Own responsive implementation and QA across breakpoints. - Coordinate basic implementation needs with tracking/analytics stakeholders (for example, adding scripts, ensuring key CTA events can be measured). - Produce end-to-end webinar and product video assets, including: - Short demo videos and “how-to” videos (screen recordings + editing + captions). - Webinar intro/outro, speaker bumpers, lower-thirds, and simple motion graphics. - Repurposing long webinar recordings into short LinkedIn-friendly clips (subtitles, aspect ratios, hooks). - Help keep webinar production scalable through reusable templates and repeatable workflows. - Design and maintain a modular, plug-and-play sales deck and asset system (core storyline slides plus optional product/tier slides) so teams can tailor materials without breaking narrative flow. - Produce campaign kits per market and initiative (social tiles, banners, email headers, one-pagers, case studies, gated assets). - Ensure strong visual hierarchy so materials stay clear and do not overwhelm buyers with too many offerings. - Support multiple brands and sub-brands with consistent standards and efficient production workflows, including templates and brand-ready assets. - Maintain a shared library of approved assets (templates, icons, typography rules, color usage, slide components). Qualifications - 4+ years experience in a design role covering graphic design and video (B2B preferred). - Strong portfolio showing: - Landing pages or web builds (Webflow preferred). - Product demo or webinar video work. - Sales decks and campaign design for complex offerings. - Webflow experience (preferred): ability to design and build pages end-to-end (not only visual mockups). - Framer experience (nice alternative): acceptable if the candidate can demonstrate they can ship production-ready pages and can ramp into Webflow quickly. - Strong grasp of: - Responsive design and layout systems. - Component-based design. - Basic HTML/CSS concepts (enough to work cleanly in Webflow/Framer). - Accessibility basics (contrast, legibility, captions). - Comfortable working with product screenshots/UI assets and turning them into clean, approved, accurate visuals for webinars and sales material. Nice to Have - Motion design (lightweight animation, transitions, UI callouts). - Experience supporting regulated-industry marketing (healthcare, public sector, legal), especially trust-building assets (security/compliance visuals). - Experience with localization workflows or multi-market sites. - Basic CRO instincts (iterating layouts based on conversion goals).
