Job Summary: Under direct supervision, perform arrhythmia or ECG monitor observations on assigned shift and communicates changes to the nursing staff. Essential Responsibilities: - Obtain, compile, prepare and maintain records for the nursing unit assigned. Observe cardiac rhythm of patients on monitor. Run and post rhythm stripes at designated intervals. Initiate code blues. Interpret rhythms and validate computer readout. Check and verify lead placement on patients. Compare posted strip to previous strip and notify nursing staff of changes. Notify nursing staff of any change in cardiac rhythm. Place patient identification sticker on monitor. Recognize and respond to unusual or abnormal patient condition. Equipment and Instruments: Clean equipment after each patient use. Equipment includes cardiac (ECG) monitor, telemetry transmitter, central monitor bank, and Arrhythmia analysis/printer. Test equipment for proper working order. Ensure that equipment is in good working condition. Report equipment problems to supervisor. Maintain work area clean and orderly. Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed. Notes: - 10 shifts a month; weekend - will also be assigned to remotely monitor patients of other Kp facility - This is an on-call position, working days and hours may vary within the specified shift

• Oversee clinical provider recruitment to ensure alignment with quality standards and network needs. • Manage onboarding for new affiliates to ensure adherence to Lyra’s standards and local compliance. • Handle rate negotiations and contracting for new affiliate partners. • Ensure smooth referral handovers between the network and clinical organisation. • Drive the execution of network expansion, capacity planning, and retention strategies to meet local and global service level agreements (SLAs). • Track key operations metrics, such as recruitment funnels, onboarding times, and network utilisation. • Work with the Clinical Operations Manager and Country Manager to manage and track key network projects and optimisations. • Develop, document, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all network activities. • Support our Clinical Operations Manager on maintaining clinical governance over the network. • Execute formal auditing of cases to ensure quality. • Manage and address complaints received about affiliates. • Provide essential clinical training for onboarding new affiliates. • Facilitate clinical upskilling for existing network members in-line with Lyra SOPs

• Define and document the "Greenfield" target-state observability architecture, including technical configuration templates, dashboard structures, and telemetry polling logic for the unified monitoring platform selected by the client • Architect alert thresholds, suppression rules, and dependency mapping to minimize false positives and prevent alert fatigue within the NOC • Design provisioning templates and API integrations to ensure that all sites exiting the migration factory are automatically onboarded into the target monitoring platform without manual intervention • Collaborate with the ITSM/ITIL Architect during the design phase to establish automated alert-to-ticket routing logic, and partner with the Service Delivery Manager during rollout to ensure NOC runbooks align with the new telemetry model • Contribute to architecture governance, including participation in architecture reviews, design approvals, and development of enterprise architecture standards, principles, and reference models. Collaborate with cross-domain architects (security, application, platform) on integrated design decisions.
