Required Qualifications: - Active U.S. Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - 3+ years of experience in software/system testing, test leadership, or verification and validation roles. - Strong working knowledge of test planning, execution, and documentation aligned with DoD standards. - Experience producing OQE artifacts to support system certification/accreditation or acceptance reviews. - Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Desired Qualifications: - Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with DoD or federal system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and compliance requirements. - Knowledge of DoD software documentation standards, including SDD, IDD, SDP, ICD, and CDRL requirements. - Understanding of RMF, ATO, and Cybersecurity Testing/Validation (e.g., STIG compliance). - Familiarity with test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Eggplant, Python, XML, JSON). - Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Testing (MBT) practices. - Experience in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, and use of tools like Zephyr, TestRail, or qTest. - Security+ or other DoD 8570-compliant certification preferred.
