Key Responsibilities - Solution Architecture & Design - Architect hybrid and cloud Exchange solutions, including migrations to Exchange Online. - Integrate Exchange with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory. - Ensure security, compliance, and resiliency in all designs. - Deployment & Optimization - Lead Exchange Server and Exchange Online deployments, upgrades, and health assessments. - Implement retention policies, compliance configurations, and disaster recovery strategies. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex messaging issues. - Customer Engagement - Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and readiness sessions. - Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. - Align solutions with customer success plans and modernization goals. - Governance & Automation - Implement governance for Exchange Online and hybrid environments. - Use PowerShell scripting and Graph API for automation and management tasks. Summary The MIL Corporation is seeking a highly motivated AI and Azure Cloud Engineer (Software Engineering, Senior Associate) to drive the migration of on-premises development and full SDLC environments to an Azure cloud environment for a federal agency. The ideal candidate will spearhead an initiative that aims to modernize legacy applications, act as a strategic technical advisor, and integrate AI/LLM solutions to optimize cloud workflows. This position currently requires a remote schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities - Lead the migration of legacy applications and on-premise SDLC environments to Azure-based cloud applications. - Architect, provision, and manage cloud resources across all project phases (Testing, Development, Production, etc.). - Develop and manage accurate cost estimates for cloud infrastructure, resources, and services. - Act as the primary technical advisor for the planning, architecture, and execution of cloud and AI projects. - Solution and implement AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to make cloud processes, projects, and development workflows more effective and efficient. - Monitor, manage, and optimize Azure cloud environments and AI API services. Requirements Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation. Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Lead to assist on a robust Cloud implementation. Must be capable of leading the Cloud Time and Absence module. True end-to-end Cloud implementation experience with at least 2 full project lifecycles, and strong ability to interface with key internal stakeholders along with clients as a member of existing Cloud team. Public Sector experience is preferred. This is a remote position.
