This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant messaging platforms, enabling customers to modernize their infrastructure and adopt Microsoft 365 services effectively. Key Responsibilities - Solution Architecture & Design - Architect hybrid and cloud Exchange solutions, including migrations to Exchange Online. - Integrate Exchange with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure Active Directory. - Ensure security, compliance, and resiliency in all designs. - Deployment & Optimization - Lead Exchange Server and Exchange Online deployments, upgrades, and health assessments. - Implement retention policies, compliance configurations, and disaster recovery strategies. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex messaging issues. - Customer Engagement - Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and readiness sessions. - Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. - Align solutions with customer success plans and modernization goals. - Governance & Automation - Implement governance for Exchange Online and hybrid environments. - Use PowerShell scripting and Graph API for automation and management tasks. Required Skills - Deep knowledge of Exchange Server architecture, administration, and migration. - Proficiency in Exchange Online configuration and hybrid deployment. - Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals. - Advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
