• Own the end-to-end Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent onboarding • Partner with our offshore vendor to oversee day-to-day workflow execution across agent appointment processing and FWA certification • Lead the charge on how we integrate AI into our operations • Serve as a responsive and reliable point of contact for broker and agent inquiries via email and case management • Support the team in managing agent state appointments and state licensing • Conduct data analysis and reporting on onboarding workflows to track performance
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in operations, project management, or an analytics role
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and surface actionable recommendations
