• Own and drive product outcomes that determine how customers participate in electricity markets • Collaborate with engineering manager(s) to align on product requirements and manage ongoing initiatives • Formulate investment theses grounded in user needs, market mechanics, and business objectives • Own the product roadmap, vision, success criteria and metrics for your product area • Effectively validate hypotheses and assumptions about market mechanics, user needs, and system behavior • Ensure product solutions are operationally viable, adequately supported, and aligned with business and regulatory strategy
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager or a role building products
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable reviewing specs and engaging deeply with engineers
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
- Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative information into actionable product decisions
- Bonus: Experience in energy markets, market operations, or energy technology

Description MEMX is searching for a Market Operations Analyst to join our US Team. The primary focus of this role is customer service, being the first point of contact for exchange members, ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all interactions. Other responsibilities include the monitoring and troubleshooting of the exchange. The team identifies and mitigates operational risks and attends to members' requests. Clear and consistent communication across many different internal and external departments will be necessary. The shift time for this role will be 1 PM to 10 PM ET. In your first few months you will be working the standard Monday to Friday shift. In the coming months, the team’s goal is to move your shift to Saturday through Wednesday after you are fully ramped. This position will also be working U.S. holidays.
