POSITION OVERVIEW The Operations Financial Analysis team (remote, Mexico) aids the entire Member Operations organization, formed by the Originations, Collections, Member Servicing, Global Workplace Services & Real Estate, and Shared Services centers of excellence, as well as the People Experience and Operations admin groups, in constant contact with English-speaking C-level and upper management executives. RESPONSIBILITIES - Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data. - Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. - Guides cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures. - Provides trends and forecasts, explains processes and techniques, and recommends actions to business owners. - Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management. - Analyzes and detects discrepancies in transactions by comparing data and requesting the proper correction. - Performs required research and networking to obtain relevant information to create Cost-Benefit Analysis reports and Business Cases. - Organizes, hosts, and drives the necessary meetings and conversations as part of the tasks required for a successful Cost-Benefit Analysis report/Business Case delivery. - Follows-up thoroughly for any open items and pending actions required to obtain relevant data in the creation of a Cost-Benefit Analysis report/Business Case. - Creates dashboards and executive presentations to report findings/Cost-Benefit Analysis report/Business Case to leadership. - Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. - Assists in the creation/modification of relevant KPl's (financial and operational/finance-related) as part of the financial performance vigilance. - Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Prepares reports and projections based on this analysis. - Provides assistance to the direct report Manager in any other related task. • Modelagem e Políticas: Construir modelos de score de crédito, modelos de inadimplência (PD) e modelos de cobrança. • Estratégia de Crédito: Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar políticas de concessão, limites e precificação. • Ciclo de Cobrança: Estruturar a estratégia de cobrança da carteira, incluindo definição da régua de cobrança através de modelos propensão/recuperação, segmentação de clientes e testes de política de renegociação com foco em maximizar a recuperação e reduzir perdas. • Interface com Bureaus: Gerenciar o relacionamento técnico e analítico com parceiros e bureaus de crédito (Serasa, Boa Vista, etc.), garantindo a melhor captura de dados externos. • Cultura de Testes: Desenvolver o framework de Testes A/B para estratégias de crédito e campanhas, acompanhando funis de conversão e impacto financeiro. • Monitoramento de Carteira: Criar e gerir dashboards de acompanhamento de safra (vintage), roll-rates, FPD (First Payment Default) e rentabilidade. • Liderança: Desenvolver o time de analytics, garantindo a qualidade técnica e o alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio. • Hands-on: Atuar diretamente na extração e manipulação de dados (Python/ SQL) para garantir a agilidade necessária no início do projeto.
