• Build, lead, and develop a team of enterprise sales directors and supporting functions • Own the US CPG segment revenue number • Define and execute the annual and quarterly sales plan • Partner with marketing on demand generation • Serve as Crisp's primary external-facing leader in the CPG ecosystem • Oversee Salesforce and sales tech stack strategy.
• Own and negotiate the full commercial contract lifecycle (customer MSAs, enterprise deals, partnerships, vendors) • Partner closely with Sales on deal structuring, playbook development, and scaling contracting processes through automation and self-serve workflows • Advise Product and Engineering on product launches, AI features, data licensing, and go-to-market risk • Establish scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks, powered by AI tools and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms • Manage outside counsel efficiently, leveraging external firms for debt, equity, M&A, and other specialized legal matters • Champion an AI-first approach to legal operations • Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team on legal, regulatory, and risk matters • Lead privacy and data protection efforts (GDPR, CCPA, international compliance)
• Build and maintain modern, performant frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for complex data visualisation, including dashboards, charts, and interactive reports. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features. • Contribute to backend services and APIs using Python (Flask, FastAPI) when needed to support frontend requirements. • Work with containerised environments (Docker) and follow engineering best practices for CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions). • Improve frontend architecture, tooling, and testing practices to support long-term scalability. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. • Help integrate and evolve applications following acquisitions, ensuring a cohesive user experience across the platform.
• Own day-to-day customer communication by managing the general inbox; executing requests, conducting investigations, and gathering feedback • Drive core account workflows, create operational tickets, and push issues through to resolution • Participate in live customer and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and document decisions and action items • Maintain and update customer-facing materials and internal documentation • Execute basic technical configurations within the Crisp platform and use AI tools to streamline workflows
• Refining and supporting adoption of AI agents that can summarize performance, detect anomalies, and suggest remediations • Tailoring our models to customer strategy, whether it’s growing sales in a new category or maximizing profit in a challenging one • Designing, running, and analyzing experiments to improve customer performance • Providing visibility into ordering issues like fill rates, short dated product, or produce quality concerns • Collaborating with the core Crisp Data Science team on model enhancements to address customer needs
• Work alongside AI initiatives and influence technology integration • Collaborate to shape modern analytics workflows • Develop and embed Agentic AI capabilities into BI and data platform • Utilize tools like PowerBI, BigQuery, and GitHub to deliver insights
• Own technical delivery for strategic customers • Design, implement, and deploy solutions that integrate Crisp into customer systems • Work directly with customers • Serve as a trusted technical advisor • Work with internal Crisp teams to bring insights from the field into our roadmap
