Revenue Operations Manager

Dandy

• Own the execution of core SalesOps processes such as lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management • Support pipeline hygiene and reporting across Awareness → Commit stages • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity • Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics across the team, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales Leadership • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce for AE/xDR teams • Optimize sales tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper & Gong to maximize efficiency • Partner with Sales Ops leadership to execute forecasting cadences and pipeline reviews • Troubleshoot data integrity issues and recommend process improvements • Work cross-functionally with business systems and enablement partners to launch new initiatives for the sales team

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into action
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
  • Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to complete and deliver high quality results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
  • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)

Role Overview As a Revenue Operations Manager you will have an opportunity to partner with a high growth, high velocity sales organization. In this role you will help drive and measure performance against the sales team’s key performance indicators.
