We are currently seeking a motivated Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator to join a US-based company on a part-time basis. This remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about influencer marketing and affiliate programs and are looking for flexible work opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard influencers and creators into affiliate partnerships. - Manage outreach, relationship-building, and partnership negotiations with creators. - Support affiliate campaigns through platforms such as Levanta and Amazon Creator Connections. - Track campaign performance across revenue, ROAS, engagement, and overall results. - Monitor budgets and help optimize campaign performance based on data. - Source, collect, and organize UGC from creators for brand use. - Prepare regular reports with performance insights and recommendations. - Coordinate creative briefs, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication with partners.
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
- Experience recruiting, managing, and negotiating partnerships with influencers or creators.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator partnership tools such as Levanta and/or Amazon Creator Connections.
- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing space and performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as ROAS, revenue, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Experience sourcing, organizing, and managing UGC from creators.
- Strong written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and creative briefs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships at once.
- Experience working with ecommerce brands is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with U.S.-based brands, audiences, or creators is a plus.
