We are currently seeking a motivated Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator to join a US-based company on a part-time basis. This remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about influencer marketing and affiliate programs and are looking for flexible work opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard influencers and creators into affiliate partnerships. - Manage outreach, relationship-building, and partnership negotiations with creators. - Support affiliate campaigns through platforms such as Levanta and Amazon Creator Connections. - Track campaign performance across revenue, ROAS, engagement, and overall results. - Monitor budgets and help optimize campaign performance based on data. - Source, collect, and organize UGC from creators for brand use. - Prepare regular reports with performance insights and recommendations. - Coordinate creative briefs, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication with partners.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience recruiting, managing, and negotiating partnerships with influencers or creators.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator partnership tools such as Levanta and/or Amazon Creator Connections.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing space and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as ROAS, revenue, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Experience sourcing, organizing, and managing UGC from creators.
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and creative briefs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships at once.
  • Experience working with ecommerce brands is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based brands, audiences, or creators is a plus.

As part of this journey, we are looking for a Senior Influencer Relations professional to lead and scale our influencer strategy across key markets. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and commercial growth, with ownership of building strong, long-term partnerships with influencers who authentically represent Mumzworld’s values and resonate with parents and families in the region. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in influencer marketing, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive measurable impact across brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Influencer Strategy & Partnerships - Own and execute Mumzworld’s influencer relations strategy across key GCC markets. - Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with top-performing and strategic influencers. - Identify, onboard, and nurture new influencers aligned with Mumzworld’s brand, categories, and audience. - Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers and agencies. Team Leadership & Operations - Lead and manage the influencer relations team, ensuring clear ownership, performance standards, and development. - Ensure smooth onboarding, handover, and continuity across influencer programs and campaigns. Establish clear processes, playbooks, and workflows to support scale and consistency.
