The HR Solution Functional Analyst plays a vital role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within the Human Resources domain. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure HR systems align with best practices and deliver maximum value.- being the third tier for our HR operation team.This role can be remote Job Responsibilities: - Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HR systems and solutions. - Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and benefits administration. - Test new requirements before going live. - Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system changes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction. - Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. - Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical teams for resolution. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. - Monitor system performance and generate reports/analytics to support HR decision-making. Qualifications and Skills - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, HRIP) is an asset. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, business analysis, or a related area within HR operations. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow);. - Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. - Experience working on cross-functional teams; - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; adept at translating technical jargon into user-friendly language. - Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with HR professionals, IT staff, and external vendors; customer service orientation. - Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment; proactive in learning new technologies and adapting to new processes. - Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices related to HR technology. The base pay range for this position is: $117,770 - $161,931 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
