Dit omvat het beoordelen van nalevingsvereisten, het identificeren van risico's, het plannen en faciliteren van vergaderingen, het maken van sjablonen, het identificeren van standaardteksten en het verzamelen van essentiële kwalificatiematerialen (bijv. cv's, biografieën, projectkwalificaties, referenties, certificeringen, bedrijfsinformatie). Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het toewijzen van taken, het controleren van werkdocumenten, het redigeren en opmaken van concepten, en het indienen van definitieve documenten via e-mail, een webportaal of per post. Verantwoordelijkheden op senior niveau - Geef leiding aan de ontwikkeling van offertes voor grote opdrachten, inclusief belangrijke onderdelen en presentaties. - Zorg voor kwaliteitsborging, nalevingscontroles en begeleiding op basis van best practices. - Begeleid en train teamleden; voer peer reviews uit en deel geleerde lessen. - Leid debriefings, verzamel feedback van klanten en stimuleer continue verbetering. - Stel rapporten op voor het senior management en beheer meerdere voorstellen. - Voer SWOT-analyses uit en ondersteun FOIA-verzoeken. Samenwerking - Werk samen met SME's, SAM-leiders en cross-functionele teams (Juridisch, Financiën, HR, Marketing). - Leid of faciliteer vergaderingen over strategie, winnende thema's en beoordelingen. - Coördineer input, beoordeel bijdragen van SME's en verwerk feedback. - Ondersteun de afstemming van de uitvoering op de voorstelstrategie. Schrijven & Analyse - Schrijf en redigeer content met het oog op duidelijkheid, nauwkeurigheid en overtuigingskracht. - Zorg voor consistentie, kwaliteit en sterke verhalende storytelling met behulp van data. Onderzoek & Prestatiebijhouden - Onderzoek klantbehoeften, trends in de sector en concurrenten. - Houd offertecijfers bij (bijv. winstpercentages) en verfijn strategieën dienovereenkomstig. Kwalificaties/Vaardigheden: - Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Engels en Nederlands. - Bachelordiploma (Engels, Communicatie, Marketing, Bedrijfskunde) of 5+ jaar relevante ervaring. - 5+ jaar ervaring in het schrijven van voorstellen of vergelijkbare functies. - Aantoonbaar vermogen om meerdere voorstellen te beheren met een sterke focus op projectmanagement en kwaliteitsborging. - Ervaring met samenwerking met multifunctionele teams en vakspecialisten. - Uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office, Adobe en InDesign. - Sterk inzicht in documentontwerp en marketingprincipes, inclusief winnende thema's. - Uitstekende schrijf- en redactievaardigheden met duidelijke, overtuigende output. - Hoge integriteit, initiatief en betrouwbaarheid. - Sterke analytische, probleemoplossende en prioriteringsvaardigheden. - In staat om meerdere prioriteiten effectief te beheren. - Andere taken uitvoeren indien nodig. What the Proposal Manager – Pricing does at Worldwide Clinical Trials The Proposal Manager – Pricing works with cross‑functional contributors to develop high‑quality and compelling pricing solutions that align with operational strategy and technical approach. This role is primarily responsible for requests for proposals (RFPs) and supplemental documents for single‑ or multiple‑service or region clinical development protocols or programs. The successful candidate ensures all pricing solutions align appropriately with the operational strategy and are completed within appropriate timelines and quality standards. What you will do - Respond to RFPs and requests for information (RFIs), develop bids for proposals, statements of work, presentations, and other materials that support the Business Development organization - Review and challenge input from subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure pricing strategy is fit for purpose and complements the overall operational delivery strategy - Review and maintain pricing metrics to ensure cross‑therapeutic consistency - Develop proposal‑specific commercial strategies for approval by pricing leadership - Work with Account Directors, Clinical and Operational teams to integrate pricing solutions into complete proposals and statements of work - Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, implementation, reviews, and approvals - Act as focal point for collection of pricing information from various sources - Work with SMEs to gather information and customize pricing solutions - Respond to routine and non‑routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Obtain assistance to resolve complex inquiries - Other duties as requested or assigned by supervisor The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all‑inclusive.
