• Lead Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise clients • Act as a functional lead in client workshops and discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions • Guide clients through best practices, solution design, and roadmap planning • Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and deployment support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Development, Service) to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions • Independently lead client discussions, bringing innovative digital transformation ideas and solution strategies to the table based on your proven expertise.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience
- 1+ year of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementation
- 2+ years serving as functional lead in client discussions with enterprise customers
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns
- Proven track record delivering successful Salesforce projects in a consulting environment
- German language skills are a must have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Bonus: Experience with Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Certifications in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud are considered a benefit.

The ideal candidate has served at three or more duty stations, acquiring significant expertise in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) in financial analysis, resource allocation, and fiscal planning within the armed forces. This individual must demonstrate a proven ability to build and leverage budget connections to strengthen financial strategy and operations. The role offers an engaging and challenging project environment. SkillBridge Eligibility: - Must be active-duty military and transitioning (separating or retiring) - Must be within the final 180 days of service at the start of the program - Command approval required - Must be eligible for and approved under the DoD SkillBridge program - No civilian pay during SkillBridge (military pay/benefits continue) - Must be able to start in May - Remote participation allowed Not eligible: veterans already separated, reservists not on active duty, or anyone outside the 180-day window.
