• The Health Outcomes Liaison engages appropriately in scientific exchanges discussing value strategies with decision makers, physicians and ancillary healthcare professionals regarding current and future therapies in development or commercialized by Cristcot. • Educate population-based decision makers on health economic and product value data. • Engage healthcare and access stakeholders in clinical, scientific, and health economic exchange. • Formulate HEOR and RWE strategies aligned with the business and patient needs to develop compelling value proposition that drives optimal access and utilization of Cristcot products. • Provide input to the health economics and outcomes research strategies, and timelines with medical affairs, marketing, managed markets and value and access teams. • Align and direct the communication strategies, content and tools of product-specific health economic and outcomes value propositions. • Support Cristcot’s recognition as a credible and forthright contributor to the assessment and optimal use of healthcare resources, and an advocate for patient access to appropriate therapeutic alternatives. • Monitor current methodological, clinical practice and professional guidelines, as they relate to health economics and outcomes, for the appropriate and optimal conduct of research and evaluations. • Travel to national and international meetings and conferences to support the business needs.

• File hundreds of public records requests to obtain publicly available data • Work closely with technical staff to build and apply web scrapers • Use internal data platforms, SQL and Google Sheets to extract, clean, explore and upload data • Drive fast-paced, complex research projects through thoughtful planning, organization and delegation • Troubleshoot data issues, resolve flags, and share learnings to enhance data quality and the end user experience • Lead a research project focused on the collection of data from public information requests • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and find creative solutions to meet tight deadlines • Independently develop project checkpoints, milestones, and dashboards for assessing and communicating progress to the broader team • Scope out new research projects and communicate requirements around timeline, scope and staffing

• Work in a dynamic environment in which you’ll use your passion, quality manufacturing technical experience, and strong problem solving skills to continuously improve Virtual Quality Control inspection processes within Quality Assurance. • Interact with DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Case Management, and our Supply Chain (Partner) while supporting Xometry Partners (Contract Manufacturers) Network • Perform inspections that is conducting Virtual Quality Control inspections by reviewing all the required documents and photos uploaded into the Xometry Partner Portal and ERP • Follow clearly written procedures as Partners are their external Customers • Work closely with Case Management, Partner Support, and MRB effectively managing rework through internal and external resources to ensure quick turnaround time

• Apply specialized, clinical knowledge of hospital partners: categorize, code, summarize, interpret and calculate registry/case information from nuanced, patient medical records. • Ensure quality submission of all data in specified registries or measure data repositories, maintaining a high accuracy threshold. • Prioritize, organize, and meet tight deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks and team requests; use tact and judgment to manage expectations, flag obstacles, and propose solutions in a timely manner. • Navigate new technical systems: electronic medical records (EMR) and registry/case entry tools; use team resources to troubleshoot technical issues with systems and applications with a focus on solutions. • Contribute to team best practices, data dictionaries, abstraction guidelines, and other business rule documents; identify process improvement opportunities to help streamline tasks and processes. • Keeps up to date on mandated regulatory/publicly reported data requirements as specified by federal, state, payer, and other agencies. • Any other additional responsibilities as assigned.
