About the Role We’re looking for a Feasibility Specialist to support the Business Development and Study Startup teams by delivering data-driven feasibility assessments for clinical trial opportunities. In this role, you’ll gather, analyze, and present site capabilities, patient population data, and historical performance metrics to ensure accurate, high-quality, and competitive feasibility submissions. Your insights will directly contribute to strategic site selection, enrollment success, and overall study outcomes. What You’ll Do - Conduct detailed feasibility assessments for new clinical trial opportunities, evaluating site capabilities, patient populations, historical performance, and competing trials. - Complete and submit pre-feasibility and feasibility questionnaires (FQs), RFIs, and sponsor documents accurately and on time. - Coordinate with site staff, investigators, and recruitment teams to validate enrollment projections and operational readiness. - Collect and consolidate responses from internal sites to support strategic site selection. - Track the status of feasibility submissions, following up to ensure timely internal alignment and award notifications. - Ensure pre-site selection visits (PSVs) are scheduled, documented, and communicated appropriately. - Monitor awarded studies to confirm feasibility-to-award conversion and support post-award documentation and metrics tracking. - Maintain up-to-date feasibility data in Salesforce, including assumptions, communication logs, and site insights. - Support preparation of feasibility summaries, proposal materials, and bid defense content for sponsors and CROs. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of feasibility tools, processes, and data repositories. - Stay informed on therapeutic area trends, industry benchmarks, epidemiology data, and best practices in enrollment forecasting. You Might Be a Great Fit If You: - Have a high school diploma or GED (post-secondary degree preferred). - Bring 2+ years of experience in clinical research operations, clinical trial feasibility, site selection, or patient recruitment within a CRO, SMO, or clinical research site network. - Are experienced with CTMS, CRM systems, and other industry tools (e.g., Devana, Salesforce). - Have 3–5+ years of business development experience within clinical research (preferred). - Maintain an established network of sponsor, CRO, or pharma contacts. - Understand therapeutic areas, study design, and protocol feasibility. - Are highly analytical, organized, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
