Job Requirements
- MD degree from a recognized Faculty of Medicine
- +5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in Oncology and Hematology
- Advanced proficiency in both Turkish and English
- Strong experience engaging with HCPs, scientific societies, regulatory authorities, and payers
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong project management capabilities
- Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing medical teams, including MSLs and KAMs
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, ethical standards, and Turkish pharmaceutical regulations
- Excellent scientific communication skills, with strong experience in presentations, publications, and data dissemination.

Description The scribe performs medical record documentation and clerical duties to increase provider effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction. The Behavioral Health Medical Director work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
