Principal EVMS Implementation Analyst
Leidos
• Implementation of EVMS and scheduling policies • Provide improved proposal and implementation support by providing training and objective assessments of implementation adequacy • Supports internal and external surveillance, audits and reviews • Development, implementation, training, and maintenance of automated EVMS processes and tools • Utilize prior deep management and leadership knowledge of Program Management and EVMS to lead cross-family projects or program teams • Responsible for supporting the organization's EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy • Support programs in operational decisions and provide advice on enhancing the performance of the portfolio of projects in the organizations • Aligning and integrating Agile software practices with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices for improved program management solutions • Serves as a subject matter expert within professional area providing a thorough understanding of EVMS • Regularly interacts with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience
- At least 5 years’ experience leading EVMS implementations
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Scheduling Professional (SP) certification (preferred)
- Earned Value Profession (EVP) certification (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of using tools like Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, Deltek Costpoint, and other Scheduling and EVMS tools

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL, Excel, BI tools, and statistical techniques to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, outliers, and gaps across multiple datasets and platforms • Partner with data owners and key stakeholders to define and uphold data quality standards, definitions, and rules • Support the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, metadata catalogs, and compliance efforts • Maintain thorough documentation of data quality workflows, procedures, and issue logs • Work with data owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify and resolve the root causes of recurring data quality issues
• Shepherd protocols through the DSMC and IRB review processes to achieve a timely outcome that is compliant with applicable regulations. • Be responsible for managing the review of new protocols, amendments, progress reports, monitoring reports, audits, serious adverse events (SAEs), deviations, unanticipated problems and other reportable events. • Prepare materials for committee meetings for assigned protocol submissions ensuring completeness and supplement the packets with relevant reports, e.g., SAE and deviations reports. • As requested, assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits and accreditations and ensure assigned protocols are ready with appropriate documentation is filed, current and compliant with internal and external requirements. • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies that also support regulatory compliance. • Participate as requested in quality improvement initiatives which may include but are not limited to policy and/or procedure development or updates, electronic form revision in iRIS, workflow updates and report and dashboard enhancements to support daily operations.
• Analyze and present business related trends and results to identify opportunities for improvement/solutions in support of the customer and sales organization. • Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community. • Lead/participate in various meetings on behalf of customer (ex. value analysis committee). • Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of the overall pricing and inventory KPIs. • Support sales team by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking all savings and projects. • Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
