TRAICK, yapay zekâ destekli ultrason tabanlı klinik karar destek sistemleri geliştiren bir sağlık teknolojileri girişimidir. Amacımız, radyolojik görüntüleme süreçlerini standardize ederek erken teşhisi hızlandırmak ve gereksiz biyopsileri azaltmaktır. Ürünümüz; AI destekli tanı sistemleri ile klinisyenlere gerçek zamanlı karar desteği sunmaktadır. Sorumluluklar - AI ürün geliştirme süreçlerini uçtan uca planlamak, yürütmek ve optimize etmek (data → model → validation → deployment) - TRAICK’in AI stratejisini oluşturmak ve sürekli geliştirmek (model roadmap, veri stratejisi, ürünleşme yaklaşımı) - AI, backend ve frontend ekiplerinin teknik koordinasyonunu sağlamak ve doğrudan yönetmek - AI development ekibi için mimari kararlar, teknoloji seçimleri ve geliştirme standartlarını belirlemek - Model geliştirme süreçlerinde performans metrikleri (F1, AUC, recall vb.), validasyon stratejileri ve deployment kriterlerini tanımlamak - Sprint, roadmap ve milestone’ları ürün ve AI roadmap’i ile hizalı şekilde yönetmek - Kritik path yönetimi, bağımlılık takibi ve teknik riskleri proaktif şekilde yönetmek - CE sertifikasyon süreci kapsamında AI model lifecycle’ının (data governance, traceability, explainability) regülasyona uygun ilerlemesini sağlamak - Klinik validasyon süreçleri ile AI geliştirme süreçlerini senkronize etmek (data → label → model → klinik sonuç) - Jira, Confluence vb. araçlarla ölçülebilir ve şeffaf proje yönetim sistemi kurmak ve işletmek - Yönetim ekibine düzenli olarak AI performansı, ürün ilerleme durumu, riskler ve KPI’lar hakkında raporlama yapmak - Ürün lansman süreçlerinde AI model kalitesi, güvenlik, veri gizliliği ve regülasyon gereksinimlerini sağlamak - Cross-functional ekiplerde (AI, ürün, klinik, regülasyon) karar alma süreçlerini hızlandırmak ve teknik netlik sağlamak - AI ekipleri için best practice’leri, coding standartlarını ve MLOps süreçlerini oluşturmak ve yaygınlaştırmak - Gerekli durumlarda AI ekip üyelerinin teknik yönlendirmesini yapmak ve performanslarını yönetmek
