What You Will Do: You will lead on clinical trial monitoring tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: - Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. - Conducting site visits to assess site performance, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure successful trial execution. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting. - Providing training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of clinical trial conduct. - Building and maintaining effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations. Your Profile: You will have a strong foundation in clinical trial monitoring, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field - Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive compliance within a complex environment. - Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people. • Help develop, drive and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the Corporate Payments cross-cutting and core services • Collaboratively define and implement a comprehensive architectural roadmap for the EnCompass platform, aligning with business objectives, industry best practices, and other Corporate Payments teams • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning within the engineering teams • Continuously challenge the status quo and implement mechanisms to reduce time-to-market using efficient engineering methods • Collaborate with other Corporate Payments engineering teams to reuse development practices and components to reduce duplication

• You build and operate AI-powered end-to-end workflows — from ad creative production through content orchestration to GTM automations — ensuring the entire team benefits. • You develop a central orchestration layer based on Claude Code and MCP that connects different skills and tools without requiring team members to understand the underlying architecture. • You integrate our core platforms — HubSpot, Asana, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clay and others — directly into automated workflows and ensure clean, reliable data flows between systems. • You establish structured feedback loops so that performance data continuously feeds back into foundation files (brand voice, ICP, positioning) and the system improves with each iteration. • You take ownership of concrete deliverables from day one: within the first 90 days you will deploy a complete ad creative workflow and a content orchestrator that the team can use without instruction. • You create a structured roadmap for the team’s existing AI approaches — identifying what can scale, what doesn’t work, and what should be built next.
