This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote startup jobs, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can ensure consistent delivery across cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in implementing structured workflows, managing sprint cycles, and holding teams accountable - ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Systems Implementation & Management - Set up and optimise project management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion - Build and maintain a centralised source of truth for all workflows and projects Execution & Accountability - Drive accountability across teams to ensure timely task completion - Proactively follow up on delays and remove blockers Sprint Management & Planning - Manage daily standups and weekly sprint cycles - Anticipate risks and proactively plan to avoid disruptions Operational Oversight - Monitor communication channels and ensure smooth task progression - Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements Meeting Coordination & Reporting - Attend team meetings, capture clear action items, and ensure follow-through - Track and report progress across multiple initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Startup Experience
  • Proven experience working in early-stage or high-growth tech startups

This role will balance ownership of an in‑flight customer-facing digital portal and a Salesforce sales process optimization initiative currently in early planning. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and risk management across both efforts.
