Role Description Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Projekteinkäufer*in (in Berlin oder remote) in Vollzeit. - Du unterstützt den projektbezogenen Einkauf von Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmerleistungen für unsere Sanierungsprojekte. - In deiner Rolle steuerst du den gesamten Ausschreibungsprozess, führst Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen durch und verantwortest die Vergabe der Nachunternehmerleistungen. - Du stimmst dich mit unseren Planungs- und Projektmanagement-Teams zu den Ausschreibungen ab. - Du baust ein nachhaltiges Netzwerk an Nachunternehmern und Partnern auf und entwickelst dieses Netzwerk weiter. - Mit deinem Kommunikationstalent sorgst du für eine genaue und klare Kommunikation mit unseren Partnern während der gesamten Projektdauer. Qualifications - Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit immobilien- oder bauwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt absolviert. - Viel wichtiger als dein Zeugnis ist uns aber deine Praxiserfahrung: Wenn du fundierte Berufserfahrungen aus der Baubranche mitbringst, sei es aus dem Einkauf oder direkt von der Baustelle (z. B. als Polier*in oder Bauleiter*in), bist du bei uns genau richtig. - Du besitzt eine hohe digitale Affinität und arbeitest dich mühelos in neue IT- und Softwaresysteme ein; wenn du darüber hinaus schon Berührungspunkte mit dem AVA-Prozess hattest, ist das ein toller Bonus – aber absolut kein Muss. - Idealerweise bringst du erste Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (wie z.
